What should I do if I have many clients and not enough portals?
We're developing a special feature - Granular Portals, which will be available for 5+ Stack coupon holders. In this case, you can invite different people into different portal sections. Think about it as Sub-Portals for clients and one Core portal for everyone.

⚠️ Notes:
- Storage, OCR, and other org features(limits) are defined by the number of coupons and can be checked in your organization console.
- There are 3 guests per user (users have one of the following roles: owner, admin, manager, or member)
- The Premium plan includes the same features you are currently using on the Business plan. The AI capability is an optional add-on for all users, including non-ltd, that you can purchase separately if needed with your 60% discount. If you need AI, you need match the following criteria:
- Have 10 coupons total
- At least one coupon has to be from a NEW AppSumo deal
- Example: 10 old coupons → you need one new coupon 11 total
- Example: 9 old coupons → you need one new coupon = 10 total
- Example: 8 old coupons → you need two new coupons = 10 total (8 old and 2 new)
- The main difference with the guest accounts is that clients may access portals only, while guests can be added to portals or particular folders/pages inside your workspace. Exclusively, holders of old coupons can invite them to portals. New Client accounts can access only portals.
- Granualr Portals and Multi-portals will be available during Dec 2023 - Jan 2024.
Coupon stacking
🚩 The old coupons are still valid and will have the same conditions as we promised in the original deal. New coupons can be stacked on your existing ones, bringing new features and possibilities.
For example, you had one coupon and you want to get white labeling. For this purpose, you need 4 extra coupons to stack and have 5 coupons in your organization.

How to make a decision on extra coupons?
- Do I need client portals or do I utilize FuseBase/Nimbus for internal purposes?
- Do I need client accounts? The main difference with the guest accounts is that clients may have access to portals only, while guests can be added to portal or particular folders/pages inside your workspace.
- Do I need FuseBase AI?
- Do I need more users, storage, OCR's?
